[finally] I told you guys I was working on something. :3 And here it is!
[perspective] This picture started as a sketch of Kite drawn from a slight worm’s eye view… and I think I executed it all right. Like, there are still many errors with it, but it doesn’t look too bad. I had no idea how I was supposed to incorporate a ground in this image, so I left it out all together…
[detail shots] I was an idiot and resized the image completely before I got to crop parts. So, for what it’s worth, here are <strike> very small</strike> detailed shots… [link]
[tools] In the process: printer paper, tracing paper, 0.7 lead pencil, Painter IX.5.
[time] Much too long… on and off for about two or three weeks.
[credits] Kite, Blackrose, Aura and Skeith are all characters of the .hack//series © Bandai.

Aura's hair kind of looks odd to me...I know it's supposed to be glowing, but the outline of her bangs kind of spoils that effect.
Nice job on the clouds~ I find it really neat how you can draw actual noses and lips. 8D Whenever I try, the whole face becomes really ugly. xD;;
